Filters: q, provider, max_monthly_usd_cents, min_memory_bytes, min_storage_bytes, min_transfer_bytes, min_port_mbps, transfer_policy, region, ipv4, tested, sort. Chinese also supports carrier. tested means a server report within 30 days; carrier means recent inbound evidence, including failures. Unknown parameters return 400.

Interpretation contract

Specifications are provider claims; measurements are bounded observations. not_tested is unknown, not a zero score. Prices use integer cents and monthly equivalents use integer micro-units. Display conversions use dated reference rates; providers bill in the original currency. Reports retain direction, actual server region and time. Never turn a route marketing label or a successful TCP handshake into a China reachability guarantee.
